What types of hydraulic pumps can you repair?
We rebuild and repair virtually all types of hydrostatic and hydraulic pumps, motors, and drives, including piston pumps, gear pumps, and vane pumps. We service over 30 major brands including Rexroth, Kawasaki, Eaton, Danfoss, Sundstrand, Vickers, Parker, Uchida, Komatsu, Cessna, Hydromatik, Brueninghaus, and more.
Do you offer a warranty on repaired hydraulic pumps?
Yes. Every hydraulic pump, motor, and hydrostatic drive we rebuild comes with a full 1-year warranty. Each unit is pressure-tested, flow-tested, and verified against manufacturer specifications using our Statistical Process Control System before it ships, so you can be confident in the quality of every rebuild.
How long does a hydraulic pump repair take?
Repair turnaround varies by unit complexity and parts availability, but we actively work to minimize your downtime. For customers who cannot wait, our Short-Time Exchange Program ships a fully tested, warranted rebuilt replacement unit quickly—often the fastest path to getting your equipment operational again.
What is the exchange program and how does it work?
Our exchange program is designed to eliminate downtime. You send us your core unit, and we ship you a pre-rebuilt, fully tested, and warranted replacement unit in short-time. The exchanged unit covers brands like Kawasaki, Eaton, Rexroth, Sundstrand, Vickers, and many others, and comes with a full warranty.
Do you ship to and service customers in Michigan?
Absolutely. We regularly serve customers throughout Michigan—from manufacturing operations in Detroit and Grand Rapids to agricultural equipment users in the western part of the state and construction fleets across the Upper Peninsula. We also ship rebuilt and exchange units nationally and internationally.
What does the hydraulic pump rebuild process involve?
Our rebuild process includes pressure washing and disassembly by trained technicians, parts cleaning in a reduced-dust environment, measurement against manufacturer specs, displacement and bypass valve rebuilding, high-pressure manifold inspection, charge pump rebuilding, new gaskets and seals installation, leak testing, pressure and flow calibration, and a final fresh paint and quality seal.
Can you supply hydraulic parts if I need to repair the pump myself?
Yes. We supply new, used, and hard-to-find hydraulic and hydrostatic parts for brands including Parker, Eaton, Vickers, Rexroth, Kawasaki, Danfoss, Sundstrand, Cessna, and Uchida. Our parts inventory is available to customers in Michigan and internationally, making us a reliable source for difficult-to-source components.
Do you buy surplus or used hydraulic pumps and cores?
Yes. We pay top price for surplus hydraulic and hydrostatic cores, pumps, motors, and parts from major brands including Sundstrand, Eaton, Rexroth, Kawasaki, Vickers, Linde, Hitachi, Komatsu, and others. If you have idle inventory or worn-out cores, contact us to get an offer through our Purchase Program.
